Below is a list of precautions that we are taking in the salon to provide a safe environment during your appointment time. ⁠ ⁠ Please note that the guidelines may change as they have been throughout this pandemic⁠.

 

I will provide hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for clients to use upon entry. They will be available near the entryway, waiting areas, at reception and other high-traffic areas. 

 

I will have a safe place to dispose of used sanitizing wipes and personal protective equipment. We will be emptying and cleaning waste containers (garbage & laundry) on a regular basis.

 

 I will disinfect all surfaces that come in contact with clients prior to and after each clients service is performed. 

 

I will continue to clean and disinfect/sterilize instruments such as scissors, hair clippers, and other equipment between clients. 

 

I will only be taking clients by appointment and have clients book online and by phone only, no walk-ins can be taken at this time.We have limited the number of clients in the salon to no more than five. There will be no double booking or squeezing clients in. 

 I will waive my penalties on cancellations to encourage clients that are ill to reschedule if they are feeling unwell.

  

At this time I can not provide food or drinks, if you feel that you need something during your appointment time you can bring it with you. I will call you or send you a text message once you can enter the building. Please wait either in your car or outside the salon until I am ready for your appointment.

I will be wearing a mask, and you must also wear a mask it is mandatory for the City of Hamilton currently.

If you do not have one with you I will have some on hand.
